cancellation-after-shipment, or refund policy beyond rights that
cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights, including the
EU/Spanish statutory right of withdrawal where applicable and remedies
for defective/non-conforming goods, remain unaffected.

dropshipping and fulfillment providers, to process and fulfill orders.
