Live Animal & Restricted Items Policy

1. No Live Animals

Pet Budd does not sell, broker, adopt, rehome, transport, or otherwise facilitate transactions involving live animals.

Our store is intended for pet-care accessories, tools, and other lawful pet-related goods.

Nothing on the website should be interpreted as an offer to sell or transport a live animal.

2. Restricted, Unsafe or Unlawful Products

Pet Budd does not intentionally list products whose sale through our store would be unlawful.

We do not intend to sell:

• live animals;
• illegal animal products or wildlife products;
• prescription veterinary medicines or controlled substances unless all legal authorization requirements are met;
• weapons or products primarily designed to cause unlawful harm;
• products prohibited from sale, import, or shipment under applicable EU, Spanish, or destination-country law;
• consumer products that lack legally required safety, traceability, manufacturer, responsible-person, warning, or compliance information where such information is mandatory.

3. Supplier and Listing Review

Because we use third-party suppliers, a supplier's willingness to offer or ship a product does not by itself mean that the product is lawful or compliant for sale by Pet Budd.

We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or cancel a product listing or order if we identify a legal, safety, intellectual-property, product-compliance, or supplier issue.

If we cancel an order after payment because the product cannot lawfully or safely be supplied, the amount paid for that cancelled product will be refunded.

4. Reporting a Concern

If you believe a product listing is unsafe, unlawful, misleading, or infringes intellectual-property rights, contact us:

5. Changes
